Desperate times - coping up with recession

Most staff at some companies in U.S. jumped at the chance of working four days a week offered by their employers. This option was created to help combat soaring gasoline prices and cut commuting costs. The rationale is very simple though. The flexible work program concept helps companies retain good workers including telecommuting.

We can do a lot more for ourselves to save on expense. You may opt to share a ride, drive a fuel efficient car, look for work nearer to home and do a little exercise by walking to the train station. Walking is a healthy habit. It is best to consider this option.

At desperate times we only have ourselves to count on. Change lifestyle to healthy habits. The change may hurt you for awhile but it is always good to even count the calories and monitor the grocery list. Please do not to buy food items that could make you fat and sickly. You know what I mean. Healthy habits could taper your expenses and help you combat recession. Healthy habits is your effective response to recession!
