How do you standstill in a fast paced world?
People are so busy flying from one location to another place. It has been work all the time. Sometimes a weary body may catch you down with a gloomy spirit. This is stress. No matter how much you try to self motivate yourself you still feel your body continue to self destruct. As you continue to demonstrate the feelings everyday your creativity also zapped your energy and your IQ out of your system.
Are you getting brain drained? Yup, I guess that is your case.
City life can be loud, busy and stressful if you can’t find the right technique to handle its nuisance or its charm. Take time to relax and just stand still. Extract yourself out of this world for a minute listening to your iPod in the park and just smell the fresh air.
Do the thing you want to do like you like to shout and sing without inhibition. The park has a great way of expressing echoes and frustrated singers lol. It’s vast beautiful landscape allows you to sing and shout until you get those rhythm back into your system. Feel free to do your thing and sing. This is a great way of boosting your energy back into your system.
Burnouts can affect your mood and your relationships. So try not to burn yourself and people. Get out and breathe a little fresh air. A good early morning walk can be revitalizing. Just walk without care. Don’t try to look at your watch and just walk without care. Take your time and see what is in front of you. See like you really see them: people, sceneries, landscape and maybe this time you can gasp and wonder the beauty of nature.
When you get back home, prepare yourself a good meal. The ones you really like to eat and just eat. Chew it please and just chew. Take your time. Afterwards get a good hot bath, sponge yourself, use a rose scented body wash or whatever you like and hear the faucet water splashing. Enjoy your bath and take time caring for your skin and face.
When you are done, hear a little soft music and try to get a good day’s sleep. Perfect day perfect mood perfect timing! Just be on a standstill and close your eyes. When you wake up tomorrow it would be a different day. You will be totally rejuvenated and energized. Well if you hit it right you will see that you’ll feel lighter and younger too. Stress in the city…. It will eventually take you down if you don’t act on it fast!
