Mind challenge: thinking outside the box

Thinking outside the box is not only a mindset but a kind of an individual initiative to do what he needs to do to complete his work. But this does not mean that anybody not thinking outside the box does not have any personal initiative. Sometimes people needed to be motivated and guided how to make them think. If you see the potential in your employee and you think you need to train him a little then do it. You will benefit more by training your employee rather than annihilating yourself to protect your businesses. You want skilled workers then value the time to train them.

Outsourcing is a good choice for running your back end. If you feel that you like the services and the commitment of your contract worker then train him to become your trusted outsource partner in progress. First know how to deal with culture diversity, attitude and communication. Communication is very important. Give your instructions clearly with tact and respect. Second send in little work at a time to see the progress and know which part you need to improve. Lastly when you have identified all the areas that needed to be improved then you start training and guiding him how to meet your work expectations.

Experience more freedom and lesser headaches training your contract worker and let him run your business back end support sometime remotely. Allow yourself to focus on your marketing and business profit generation. Build up trust and just let things run putting on little confidence on your remote worker.

Easier said than done? Start the move and let’s see how you groove…
