Exercise may protect girls from future breast cancer. This is one great benefits of sustained physical activity from adolescence through the adult years. Study revealed that women who were physically active as teens and young adults are 23% less likely to develop premenopausal breast cancer. The exercise biggest health impact is determined to be from ages 12 to 22. Regular exercises may be 3 hours and 15 minutes of running or 13 hours a week walking. We all know that gain in body weight is the other risk factor we want to avoid in our late years.
