Suicide bombing in Iraq

A suicide bomber killed at least 50 people in the funeral of two anti Al Qaida Sunni tribesmen. He walked right into the crowded tent and detonated the explosives strapped to his body. I guess there should be a change of strategy here. Let those people fight their own people. A person takes long years to understand culture and I think they perfectly know how to handle them than their foreign counterparts. Suicide bombing has defeated somebody once in WW2. Will it be repeated again?
