Anyone can take a walk or run especially when he is late getting to the office. That is exercise already but you don’t have to do this thing everyday or you will collapse from getting your nervous system on the go for that time card always.
You got the eye for details and enjoyment, use your skill in dancing to shed those fats off. Eye for detail is necessary for that makeup and hairstyle to go to that dance. Of course you have to look pretty charming and beautiful when you go out to that dance floor.
Wear something nice, sexy and comfortable. A fitting blouse and good jeans with high heel boots could be perfect. By the way don’t forget to bring an extra shirt. You’ll need it later after that aerobic dance on the dance floor.
Enjoy and jump and hop whatever you like, just dance and sweat it out. You’ll develop your skill in dancing, lessen the number of your waistline, reduce your weight and gain new friends. Be good and don’t drink wine, just water for that truly enjoyable new fitness training program you have. Keep out of routine once in a while livening up your life. Dancing is good. It makes you sweat while it makes you smile. Go… go… go…
