Researchers from several universities have determined that making choices can be mentally draining. Standing on too many choices gives you a headache and may put you in difficulty to stay in focus on your day-to-day task. The study provides that it is the act of making a choice and not weighing the options that becomes mentally exhausting whether the person acts on it at that time or sometime in the future. Making choices can be difficult and taxing and there is a personal price to choosing. Didn’t Hamlet said it before: To be or not to be? It was really draining right?

I know what you mean, decision making always drives me up the wall.
