Reducing consequences of many chronic diseases is best accomplished by lifestyle preferences. Proper nutrition, sufficient exercise, well managed or minimized stress and a personal and community environment conducive to support activity in the area. Developing or expanding a program to incorporate nutrition, exercise, stress management and personal and community help is too good to be true. But considering that the potential payoff greatly affects health and well-being, we are to start examining challenge behaviors and be more effective in the management of our existing chronic conditions. Everyday life concerns that directly affects your health are to be eliminated or at least lessened.
Liven up your contact with mother nature again. Take the simple, happy, stress free natural living. Try to slowly eliminate animal proteins, refined sugar, products and beverages. People over stuff and abuse their stomachs. Eat only what your body needs to fuel or maintain energy. Make every effort to recapture firmness. Its amazing how quickly muscles respond to good posture, weight training and exercises. Eat beans, berries, whole grain cereals or you might want to go for brown rice. Eat the skins of organic fruits and vegetables. By the way this old adage is true: an apple a day keeps the doctor away.
