Police arrested a man for burglary stealing a neighbor's bra and panties. The man told KTRK television that he was doing drugs and been quoted as stoned and stupid. The woman neighbor had been out of town and found the barefoot man in her living room when she returned home.
"I took her bra but I didn't know about her panties." the man was heard telling the police.
Now where did the panties go?
