A lesson to learn: cultural diversity

Sudan showed the world the perfect love for their prophet. They were calling for an execution of the British teacher who named a teddy bear Mohammed. I don’t know if we have the same bible of reference but Jesus had experienced more than that during his short stay here on earth but he did nothing to avenge or judge. Instead he made the perfect sacrifice on himself to save people. One thing that’s very apparent in the lives of prophets, I mean during their life here on earth, most of the time or maybe always get that kind of treatment or more than that a lot of people even denied them. But they don’t opt to avenge themselves because they practice humility. They will sacrifice to save people from sin or wrongdoings, never kill because they had insulted him. I mean if you ask any saint or prophets, read their lives, never did it promote violence. It serves to promote love, passion and peace. Remember what Jesus said, if you go to a place and they deny you, take off the dust from your feet, and the non acceptance or non conversions shall be of no recourse to the prophet. Correct me if I am wrong, but I guess there is a missing link somewhere. I just can’t define it yet, I will leave it to the religion experts and scholars, but there is something missing. Because if we are going to ask the prophet what will be his course of action I am sure it is not what is being displayed at the moment. God respects free will and he will wait for people to get converted and seek his name. Because it is my understanding that if God will act that way like executing people who maybe insulted him or deny him, then I guess we all perished in this world because we haven’t perfected dedication and acceptance yet. Raise your hand if this layman’s understanding is wrong. Prophets are very humble and practice humility with no regard to pride. That is one thing I am sure. And what they teach is seen in the fruits of those who had accepted it. This is what I think prophets and teachings work. We all have diversities and it is up for us to learn and live with the diversity to maintain peace in this global world. Diversities are complementary, it is for us to opt to learn and accept them with respect and dignity. The teacher learned her lesson the hard way. So if you are planning to work to other countries please ask your employers first to give you a brief orientation of the do’s and don’ts. You don’t want to get yourself anywhere near to what has happened.
