Intentions – teen dating abuse

Intentions matter when you speak of relationship. What is your intention to have a dating relationship? Intentions sometimes lead to teen abuse. If the intention is just for fun or sex alone then this will likely lead to teen abuse. Teens are not immune to dating violence because it is the age and the stage in a human life when a person expresses what he feels without much consideration of the consequence and the feelings of the other person.

A change of intention is best for teens. Date because you don’t have to display your girlfriends or boyfriends to your friends at school. Date because you don’t have to play games and sex with your girlfriends and boyfriends. Date because you need someone to build a lasting relationship. Lasting relationship means that even after you break up you are still friends and not quarreling with each other. Lasting relationship means that you may build a network of “can rely on” friends and associates when you get to work and need help in other aspects of the industry. Marketing prospects comes from good past relationships. You help each other when you are carving out your careers.

One good advice: never delve into thoughts of hitting your girlfriends. Girls can do more with their career when motivated.
