Know your IP address

I run over a website that helps you know your IP address. The URL of the website is what’s your question suppose to be – whatismyip? Great idea right? I think I’m gonna think of URLs or domains that best answer my customer’s questions or maybe a domain name with their best formulated question. In this manner it will show up almost instantly.

This is the fastest and easiest way to determine your IP. I tried it and it gave me my IP in big bold letters you will never miss it. The site further allows you to perform your speed test. I understand time is very relevant here. At 12 noon today my ping is 479ms, download speed is 488 kbps and upload speed is 216 kbps. Now what is appropriate and what is not with speed test results shall be determined by the type of speed requirements your customers have. Naturally the need is particularly based on their flow of operations which is especially true with call centers. At least you have a ready tool for access when they require those figures.
