Accept the past, change today, live a good life tomorrow!


Personal issues on bad experiences, uncontrolled impact of unchanging environment, people attitude and diminishing line of friends affect people's emotions and thoughts more than they can imagine. Events are infinite as its effects on us have no limit also. Unhappiness of people comes from great discontent of what they have achieve in life, discomfort of what they have now, and slight disillusionment of what they could have become if they had done better. We are the only person we can depend on most of our lives. We don't blame other people and the environment for the rest of our lives because we simply have no control over them. They themselves have their own personal issues to face.

That's it. Life is full of personal issues and we get to carry the burden of the products of how we respond to our personal issues. If you can grasp what I am telling you, personal issues are to be resolved by us. They're presence are not for others to take and solve. People and life is not as easy as any mathematical equations. We are as complex as the cells in our bodies as we most of the time rely with our emotions and our thoughts to tackle, control, and overcome. Our emotions demands and influence the kind of informed decisions we made in the past and the informed decisions we make now.

Grieving over the bad experiences, no matter how traumatic they were, takes time. And that is a fact, that is reality. Let people take their time grieve over what they could have done, give yourselves time to grieve over what you could have become. Then stop and try to make change by controlling emotions, fear, and thoughts. These things affect us more than anybody could have an effect on us. We are what we fear, we are what we should tackle. When we are able to handle ourselves then we start to make changes in our decisions and the way we think to help us improve our lives. Remember we are what we have to tackle to change!

Life is full of drama, full of pain, but it is also full of good memories and little laughter we echoed once. We might not succeed in entirely forgetting pain and the tears drama in our lives but at least we have the laughter to linger. Make a change by smiling to people you meet. Make it a habit to give a light friendly atmosphere. Then they will smile back and that will make your day brighter. Come off with the pain of the past by smiling with people you meet at the present. Smile, just smile, when you meet them eye to eye. There is nothing wrong with smiling at people when you see them. I welcome smiles and regret if I fail to smile back at people because I was thinking why they were smiling and forgot to respond by doing the same.

Smile is contagious. Smile is the only thing that could lift up any wrinkles in your face. Sure it is also beauty essentials thing. When we feel lighter, we feel happy and our mood change. We then begin to see the world differently and begin to treat uncontrolled events and environment differently. When we smile, we make our body weight lighter because it makes our heart lighter.
