sex and spirituality

Sex and spirituality are two different things but all refers to the life's philosophy and morality of a person. What is spirituality? Spirituality is living in constant fellowship with God, making God as God, and us as his people. Spirituality is how you see other things and events and this affects much one's morality. So it is never a problem to limit sex activities or do abstinence if you have a deeper level of spirituality. The crossroads of spirituality is believing i.e., that faith you have in you to work out in your life, that God is real and is existing. People especially the young ones have to work out things in themselves first like "I believe in God".
