cancer link to lack of sunlight

Researchers found lung cancer rates highest in countries where exposure to sunlight is lowest. Vitamin D can halt tumor growth by promoting the factors responsible for cell death in the body. Cancer results where these cells start to divide in an uncontrolled fashion. Vitamin D is said to form a glue-like substance that binds those cells and stop the division. There was evidence that Vitamin D slows the progress of cancer once it develops. Oh dear and I am here at my room 24/7 writing. Guess we need to take a change in our lifestyles if we haven't been under the heat of the sun lately. An early morning walk will be fine then get back at about 8:30 am or 9am otherwise you'll dry your skin too. And of course too much sunlight can also cause skin cancer. So let's look at life this way, too much of anything is harmful to health.
