Hello Shirley,

Here are the main 2 tasks I need done and they need to have experience doing them with little supervision.

I need someone that has experience with these 2 tasks and I will hire them 40 hours per week to do mainly these 2 tasks and other smaller tasks.I will pay them $260 per month and then reevaluate on a monthly basis.First task is creating slideshows with me providing the content you just create the slides,add music and submit the slideshows to several video sites like youtube etc..I have a software program called video submit wizard and it will allow you to submit the slideshow to all of these sites at once not one at a time very easy.It should not take more than 2-3 hours to create a slideshow and submit it.

Second task I will provide you an ebook and you will put that ebook on a dvd and then upload the copy you created to a site called kunaki.com.You will enter some information about the ebook on there site and you will need to pick out a template (they provide several choices) for the front of the dvd an ocean scene preferrably and then put our company name on it(ALCANTARA ENTERPRISES).How it works when I get a purchase for the ebook on dvd the order will be sent to kunaki and they will package and ship it that is why you need to make a physical copy of the dvd and upload to them so they have it on file.You will need to create an autorun for the dvd to start automatically and you will need to create a menu on the dvd to promote other products and websites along with adding bonuses etc. to the dvd. I will give you an example of exactly what it should look like and include.

I need these tasks done with very little guidance from me other than providing the tools and content.I can provide short "how to" videos on the dvd process and the autorun,menu creation process.

Academic writing is great if you love research! Academic writing even if it is only a college essay involves intensive research. If you start on being an academic writer, make sure that you are prepared to do more than what is required in a paper – your time and your energy to research and write!

Many writers do not survive academic writing. They love to write more about blogs and articles. That I can understand, because aside from the effort and valuable time spent on research, you need to make a good analysis of the paper that you are writing which are sometimes mathematical or technical in nature. Make sure that you have available resources before accepting mathematical or technical papers especially when in involves surveys.

Academic writing is great but make sure you do not overindulge yourself lol. What I mean by overindulge is that you do not take more than you can write in a specific period. Academic papers have their preset deadlines. You need to be confident and fast enough to meet the deadline of the paper you have agreed to write.

Deadline is important and it is the basic requirement of taking academic papers. If you cannot meet the deadline then do not take the assignment because there are companies who will penalize you for late submission. Another thing to remember is the writing format and the topic. Make sure that you know how to cite materials in the format specified. The most convenient format that I know is the APA format. For me, this is the best format I enjoy writing using this format. Academic writing is tough but you will enjoy it if you love to read and research.

I have not discovered Google’s customer service yet but I was able to know Yahoo. My dream car that can run in air or land is now a reality. Terrafugia first popped up in 2006 as an airplane that could be taken to the highway.
